Here’s what happens between now and your first order.
We check the trade references you’ve provided. This is standard procedure — we want to make sure we’re set up correctly from day one. We’ll contact your references directly.
Once verified, we’ll confirm your account is active and send over your credit terms — typically 30 days. We’ll also confirm your account number and preferred contact for orders.
You’re ready to go. Call us or email your order through — we’ll have it priced, confirmed, and into production. Most standard orders are ready in 5–7 working days.
Trade Promise: We won’t compete for your customers. PTF Glass is supply-only — we fabricate, you install. Your customers stay yours.
