No. All quotes from PTF Glass are completely free and come with zero obligation. We don't do hard sells — you'll receive a clear, itemised breakdown and it's entirely your decision whether to proceed.

For the most accurate quote, include: the product type, dimensions in millimetres (width x height), colour preference, glazing specification (double or triple), and any special requirements such as Secured by Design hardware or non-standard configurations. If you have drawings or photos, email them to sales@ptf-glass.co.uk referencing your quote. Don't worry if you don't have all the details — we can advise.

We supply both trade installers and homeowners. However, we are a supply-only business — we manufacture and supply products but do not offer installation services. If you're a homeowner, we recommend using a FENSA or CERTASS registered installer for fitting. We're happy to advise on what you need.

Standard lead times are 5–10 working days for stock colours (white, woodgrain finishes). Foil colours (anthracite grey, chartwell green, etc.) and non-standard configurations typically take 2–4 weeks. Sealed units produced in-house can often be collected same-day. We'll confirm the exact lead time when we provide your quote.

Yes. We offer trade accounts with 30-day credit terms for established installers. You can apply for a trade account or mention it when requesting your quote. Trade account customers also benefit from priority processing and dedicated account management.

Both. You can collect from our West Leeds depot at Unit 12, West Leeds Industrial Park, LS13 4EN (on-site parking available). We also offer delivery across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Collection and delivery details will be confirmed with your quote.
